STEP 2: OUR WRITER TAKES CHARGE
- One of our writers takes charge of your request and contacts you;
- Your writer asks you several questions in order to determine the type of voice and music you desire as well as the tone of the message (informative, promotional, creative, etc);
- A draft of the script is presented and modifications are made to better respond to your expectations. This first version is rewritten and modified as often as is necessary in order to ensure your complete satisfaction;
- Your writer is in charge of then sending the script to the studio for recording!
STEP 3: OUR NARATORS BRING YOUR SCRIPTS TO LIFE IN OUR STUDIO
- Once your message is ready, the team at Compro Communications ensures your message is recorded in the shortest delay possible and according to the voice and music criteria you have outlined;
- Our studio recorder sees to choosing a music extract that corresponds to the style you have selected and choreographs the recording session;
- One of our professional narrators takes hold of your script and using his or her voice gives a tone, pace and energy to your on-hold message;
- The recorder then ensures the product is transfered to our technical service.
STEP 4: YOUR TELEPHONE SHOWCASE DISPLAYS YOUR COLOURS
- Our technical service team takes charge of installing your on-hold message onto the machine that will then be installed directly in your office by one of our technicians.
